The stored emotion location - how do we find it?
You've been reading about how emotions get stored in the body. What does that really mean? How and where do they get stored? I'm going to ask you to do something hard right now. Close your eyes and think back to a time when something or someone really hurt you emotionally.
How did it feel? Did it feel glorious and loving? I'll bet not.
Did it feel like you were punched in the gut? Maybe. How about socked in the heart? Maybe. How about kicked in the stomach? Maybe. Did your lungs stop working for a moment? Maybe. Did your lower back start to hurt? Maybe.
Places where you felt the kind of sensations I just described and perhaps even some where you didn't actually feel the sensations are where the emotions became lodged or got stored.
Generally speaking when an emotion occurs, you feel it somehow but usually it is not dense enough and its impact is not severe enough for it to lodge itself in your body. It just keeps moving and flows through you. In other words, it is not intense enough to cause resistance in the body. Sometimes though, when the emotion is very strong and the impact is very intense and the energy is very dense - like a piece of fruit or a bowling ball or a rock being thrown at you - it cannot pass through your body like it is meant to and it becomes trapped somewhere.
So what is the stored emotion location? Well, the emotions are in your organs and your chakras. Some of them could even be spread around throughout your body. In other words, they could be in more than one of the organs and more than one of the chakras. They could be diffuse in your entire energetic field. It all depends on the impact of the emotion, the weak points in the organs and the sensitivity of the chakras.
Once a stored emotion has shown itself as being present in the individual, the next step is to actually locate it. This is done using muscle testing. Over time, I have found that a single instance of an emotion could be stuck in a single organ, a single chakra, both an organ and a chakra. Or it could be what I call systemic - in multiple places or even everywhere in the energy field.
So once I discover the presence of the emotion and use muscle testing to locate it, I note all that information and move on to finding the next emotion which wants to be cleared.
